WPW10769076 Refrigerator Temperature-Controlled Drawer User Interface Assembly

The WPW10769076 is a genuine OEM Whirlpool-family temperature-controlled drawer user interface assembly used on select 5-door / pantry-drawer style refrigerators. This UI mounts on/near the temp-controlled drawer and provides the customer-facing controls (and internal electronics) that command the drawer damper/airflow system to maintain the selected drawer temperature zone. When it fails, the drawer may be too warm, too cold/freezing, settings may not change, buttons may be unresponsive, the display may be blank/intermittent, or the drawer temp may drift because the control signals aren’t being sent correctly. Common failure modes include moisture intrusion/condensation damage, cracked flex connections, failed button membrane, or board-level component failure. IMPORTANT: Drawer temperature complaints can also be caused by a stuck damper, airflow blockage, frost/ice restriction, or a main control issue—confirm before replacing. CRITICAL: Unplug the refrigerator before servicing any UI/control wiring.
